Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Great way to use reviews, create trust, and build a business off of customer reviews on the fly.

We've just installed it and we're still figuring things out. Not the most user-friendly platform to set things up and find information, but it's working so far. I'll update our review once we've used Yotpo for a little longer.

That being said, I had a bunch of questions and things that I couldn't figure out by myself today, and Warly S gave me a huge help - kudos to customer service today.

I've been using Yotpo since using BigCommerce. We migrated to Magento and Yotpo made it a breeze to move the reviews from BigCommerce to Magento. We ultimately settled on Shopify and had gathered some reviews during that time, and again, Yotpo was able to make the migration process painless. Love how it's pretty much hands-free once you install it. The system emails customers 14 days from purchase, they leave reviews just by replying to the email they receive which is incredibly intuitive and encouraging for verified buyers to leave you a review. Love this app!

Several times I was unable to give a blood donation due to my iron level being a little too low.I took Blood Builder for a couple of weeks before giving blood and it put my iron level up to where it needed to be.

Great little app. Easy to install and manage. Looks great too!

Junalou helped me with an issue I had regarding the placement of the review and answered all my other questions along the way. Very professional, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend.

this app is very helpful thou i wish they would automatically add everytime to a new theme , but their service is great

This app is very buggy. It does the job, but not without a good deal of pain. Recently published reviews don't appear readily on the carousel. There's very little customization for what you pay for.
