Social Proof is an important aspect that influences anyone's buying decision. From the moment I decided to install this app on my website I had personalised assistance from Kenneth that guided and helped me wherever required. It made a task that many, especially me, would find daunting so much easier. Keep up the good work Kenneth. Looking forward to seeing an improved conversion rate with this application installed now.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Asking them a simple question means days of emails designed to beat around the bush and up sell you on their extraordinarily high priced plan.

I really wanted to like their product but they are basically a scam at this point. Stay away from these used car salesman.

In our first few days using Yotpo reviews, I haven't been able to figure out how to do something twice. (I do think the app could benefit from tool tips, guides, and/or other more instructional info regarding setting up/getting started). Both times I used Yotpo chat and was helped very efficiently and effectively by the customer service team members. I am very pleased with their customer service so far. And I look forward to being able to speak to the rest of the app in the hopefully near future.
