Amazing app with amazing customer service. Big emphasis on the customer service. Could not figure out how to do something and reached out and they helped me late at night to get what I needed done. Really appreciate having this app.
Customer support is great. Easy to integrate to our shop. Have used this on other shops and have always had good success.
Ich habe bereits das L&R Programm von Yotpo, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Nun wollte ich als Ergänzung gerne das Bewertungsprogramm abonnieren, damit ich beide Apps in Ergänzung zueinander habe. Leider ist beim Bewertungsprogramm nicht mal eine einfache Änderung der Texte im Widget möglich. Die deutschen Texte gefallen mir aber gar nicht, es wird "gesiezt", in meinem Shop wird "geduzt" und auch einige andere Sätze hätte ich gerne verändert. Aber dafür muss man tief in die Tasche greifen, da bleibe ich bei meinem jetzigen Bewertungsprogramm, das ist für "kleines Geld" in allen Bereichen anpaßbar. Sehr schade und einige Arbeit und Zeit umsonst investiert. Der Support anwortet schnell, dafür gibt es ein PLUS

Really great customer service. Highly recommended to everyone. I was having a problem installing the star review. But the support team resolved it immediately.

How to delete this crap from my store.
I had quick question about the pricing difference from Shopify end the Yotpo webpage and Eduardo R answered my questions quickly with link explaining the details.
Kenneth John M. was of great help! We were able to export all of our Google Reviews and implement it into a carousel on our home page! Great app.
