Can't get anyone from customer support to respond even once - paid for the higher plan too and hoped the app would be good but feeling very let down

We were unable to reach you via email, but when you reached out to our support team on August 22nd, you chatted with our team about costs as well as the features within your plan and settled on a solution. If there's anything else that we can do to help, please reach out to us at any time.
They are not transparent with pricing. Waste of time, much cheaper alternatives out there and the widgets look poor.
Terrible app, scam artists, its not free. Free to install, pay to use. can't even use basic functions without paying. How about let the users try the basic features like reviews with pictures and video and charge for the rest of the BS. I hope your start up fails you scam artist!
This is the only totally unusable app I've ever seen. Your app is just a white screen for me. Also, I cannot contact support because it's only in the app. Extremely weird. :)

Total waste of time. Also misleading advertising on pricing and what is available. Does not work at all. Zero support. Just bots that suck.

Don't be inticed by their free plan or low priced plan. The moment you will have more sales , you are in trouble with yotpo. We were early yotpo clients for almost 4 years. Then they decided to raise their prices x10 and they removed us from their plan without any hesitation. They didn't grandfather our plan , just removed our plan and offered to pay $800 for the same functionality we had for $35. There are very good alternatives here for reviews. Don't use them.
