I finally got my reviews integrated and all I can say is Manny is amazing! I lost him via my connection and he came right back, He ALL my questions and added everything Manny is beyond the best

Man the customer service is fast. I had nick helping me in less than 3 minutes. then he was done with my request in less than 30. Wow Would recommend on customer service alone. Again a year later Reiner was in to the rescue job completed in less time than it takes me to write this. Thank you sir you are awesome. I changed theme again. Donner to the rescue love these guys

The app is great with incredibly easy implementation and user friendly management, but what puts it above the rest is the customer service. I worked with Kenn on a tough issue, but he was knowledgeable, persistent and a fantastic problem solver. Often when I reach out to other app's support teams, there is no response or I feel like I understand the app better than they do. That's not the case with Yotpo. It's great knowing the people working behind the scenes really know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with.

This is a good app and works well. The only issue I have is with the constant emails you get as reminders to post the reviews (if you do not actually share them on facebook)....

Extremely easy to set up and use. Highly recommend it. Automatic emails after purchase are really helpful.

We've been using Yotpo for years. We find it very easy to use, it has great customer-facing features, and the customer service has always been very useful and thorough

We just upgraded our theme and needed Yotpo reviews back on it and Happy was super helpful and fixed it straight away! We then had another thing we needed fixed a few months later and Lemuel fixed it straight away. Great customer service.
