Needed help installing Review Widget and Star Rating on my Shopify store and Eduardo R saved the day! Thank you for the timely response and integrating YotPo seamlessly into my store!

UPDATE: Once again, fantastic, personable, instant help/service & support from the Yotpo live chat agent (Eunice this time). Just can't fault them. I've used Yotpo for a few years, and when I moved my shop from GoDaddy to Shopify, my non-techy, non-spread-sheety brain REALLY struggled to migrate my reviews and get my Yotpo properly set up for nobookswereharmed.co.uk I reached out to Yotpo's live chat service, and can't express how helpful and patient every single Yotpo representative was. It took a number of weeks, dozens of live chats and a silly number of emails to get the problems (caused by me!) sorted, and all the way through, staff remained polite, helpful and empathetic, and even though they and I all knew it was all MY fault, no one ever expressed exasperation with me. Reviews are SO important to instill confidence in potential new customers, especially for a tiny business such as mine, and I'd have been so upset if I'd had to lose 6/7 years of glowing reviews. Can't recommend Yotpo enough, and THANK YOU again to any staff who read this review ♥

Great app to have for your store. The best customer service I've received from a free plan of an app. Junalou was great that he took time and helped me to fix a complex coding issue.

I was stuck setting up YotPo and Kenneth John M fixed the code issue ASAP. Thanks for your help! Glad I chose YotPo and not the others I conisdered.

I was having some trouble using the app so i contacted them via chat. Mark was super helpful and he got out of his way to make sure that my problem got solved. I had another chat the next day with James C was very helpful as well. He helped me a lot with my website and also went out of his way in order for my problem to be solved. Overall, great experience from this amazing team

You can put all of your trust in to Yotpo because they have a great team of dedicated chat support members that will help you solve an issue, answer a question, or fix something no matter how long it takes!
