I had a great experience with the Yotpo, particularly impressed by the exceptional support provided by Doner P on a Sunday to swiftly resolve an importing error I encountered. Yotpo's review interface boasts a clean and practical design, I am excited to explore all of features this app offers.

Yotpo is easy to work with and I've been able to customize my Review widgets to an extent that I wasn't able to with our previous service. The customer service is also amazing. I spoke with Rhenant, and was helped within 5 minutes. So happy we switched over to Yotpo!

Gabriel S. was such a great help and made setting up the review widget and star rating widget easy. He did all the work and was even able to move things to different parts of the page and helped with sizing and styling. Anything he couldn't help with he escalated to the developer to get it resolved. Thanks again!

The support provided by this app has been disappointing. Numerous issues occurred after installing Yotpo, and the support team was unresponsive, taking more than a week to reply. When they did reply they were extremely unhelpful and bounced me from one support staff to another without fixing any of the issues. Even after the app installation, the plugins persisted, leading me to hire coders to rectify the website and completely remove Yotpo. I do not suggest this app, especially for smaller businesses in need of reliable support.
