10/10 app. Absolutely perfect.

My reviews were not populating because I merged product variants into one product, and I spoke to someone at Yotpo on chat (Eunice) and even though she (not sure if it's a real person) said it was out of the scope of work, she would help repopulate them and she did within the hour! Great service!

We recently updated our Shopify theme and I was having a hard time figuring out if the Yotpo app was operating correctly. I chatted briefly with Sheen and got the help I needed. So, in addition to providing a swell way to collect reviews, they back up the app with swell customer service. Awesome. Thank you! Once we finalized our theme update, I noticed our product reviews were not showing up on our product pages. I contacted support and Orly helped get things sorted out. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you!!

I used this app to get reviews and it was super easy to set up! Am really enjoying the ease of use and simplicity in setting up. Customer Service was great too. Updated review 5-4-21 Great service from Anne today. Could not have resolved issues without her!

Great app, one of the best out there. The higher tier subscriptions are expensive and out of reach for smaller stores. Would love to add ratings to google shopping products but that is out of reach for my shop at the moment. Get this app for great user generated content and reviews!

We recently installed a new theme on our shopify store. We had issues getting the reviews to display on any of our pages. We reached out and were immediately contacted to address the issue. Doner was quick, asked where we would like items to display and did the work very quickly.
