Integrates easily, great platform for collecting reviews and reaching customers. Support team is awesome and very quick to respond. Feb T helped me with integrating reviews and was a pleasure to work with.

Changed new theme, having problem to re-install the code of Yotpo, took 5 days to receive a reply from them with installation instruction, but I still having trouble placing the code to the right place so I message them again and since then never get a response from them. For free user they don't really care & unwilling to help.

I am not a geek girl, I've installed by myself but it's not so easy to do because the explication isn't exhaustive. If you want to place the code in your liquid page is really a big deal, I make a lot of mistakes before I got it! But, I am very satisfied of the result, the ability of customize it for free and answer to the reviews it's quite amazing. And the best, the app has already sent to my old customers a request of review automatically. If you are not a IT person you may need one to install, but it could be done in less than 30 min!!!
