Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Yotpo customer service is GREAT. A major reason I switched over to Yotpo was the responsiveness from customer service. I had an issue and it was resolved in matter of hours!

I use the app for reviews, had a technical issue when I changed my store theme. Spoke to Gimbert from the Yotpo team. Quick, easy and amazing customer service. Absolutely happy with this app.

Everything perfect on service and Lemuel really helpful with providing us info regarding how to install the app for maximum performance.

This application is Amazing. We were working with SuperReviews and had 12 reviews that came through the software. We installed Yotpo because we were looking for a way to integrate our review system with our social media campaigns. 2 days after we installed the application we had over 40 additional reviews based on their Mail-After purchase process. In fact, we were so shocked by the speed of this process that we actually went back and manually checked to be sure they weren't making up these reviews :-). Sure enough, all of the reviewers represented our customers and corresponded to the items listed in the order and since we had personally spoken with a lot of the wedding purchasers the stories lined up as well. With such great results we quickly upgraded our account to Premium Support. Obviously we highly recommend Yotpo Reviews - I just hope you aren't one of our competitors :p

Customer Service at Yotpo Reviews is excellent ... they go above and beyond. Annie was prompt, provided screenshots and video of the changes required and even sent the code to use. This app is very good to collect reviews on delivered items. Support from Simoun has been very quick and fast.

I love this app. Today I had an issue and had to contact customer service. I spoke with Mary Ann and she was extremely helpful and nice. I’m very satisfied with the service provided and customer service experiences.

Wow I can't believe how long it took me to finally get reviews on my site. Yotpo support, especially Simoun Francis S, took the time to actually go into my site and paste the codes where I needed them to make everything look perfect. I am so thankful for people who care to help their customers. Thank you Simoun!!!

Feb 2023 update: I just worked with Albert V who helped me re-install all of the reviews widgets. It was so easy to work with Albert and he got it done so quickly. Thank you Albert for your help, I appreciate it!
