There is nothing quite like the thrill of getting your first 5 star review, and Yotpo automates the review collecting process so that it's easy to get them. There were a few minor set up issues, but their account management team is great to work with, is very knowledgeable and is quick to help make sure you are on track. I love the automation that allows you to automatically have reviews post to social media. Overall a great investment so far.

Excellent application. Does what is says it does. Other customers are able to see reviews left by other customers. It promotes sales.

It is easy to install and set up, and has thus far fetched us quite a few reviews. I wish the free version was a little more versatile or the paid versions cheaper, but I am pleased with the app and how it performs. I recommend to anyone looking for reviews within their site. Support for Yotpo is also excellent, after updating our site and losing the install, Justine fixed us right up and had back up and reviewing in no time. Highly recommend.

Yotpo has been a hugely helpful app for our growing e-commerce business! We love how we can plan exactly when a review request email will be sent to our customers and Yotpo makes it easy for customers to publish them on our website. We are using this app for product rating. We run two different shops based on shopify and both shows reviews with Yotpo. But one of the most important issue is having a perfect support if needed.
