Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I do wish it was easier to syndicate reviews to other platforms...Great customer support! Reinier was very helpful and quickly resolved my issue!

Love this amp and their customer service is really good. I thought I had lost all of my reviews when I changed the settings for some products and the Yotpo crew fixed everything.

I had an issue with my reviews not showing on my website. I also needed to update some product names and url's for previously collected reviews. Nick S. went above and beyond to get everything taken care of for me. He was very easy to work with and thorough, greatly appreciated his assistance :)

This app is fantastic!! Reviews help with social proof and helps get the sale, set up was great, easy to use and update and Marks help from the support chat was beyond helpful! Great tool, highly recommend!

The Yotpo team was very responsive at solving my issues on installing the widget. I had an error in the code on my site and they fixed it immediately - love their services!

I used this app to be able to have customers start leaving reviews. It took a little while for me to get it set up, because I dont like like messing with code, but the Yotpo customer service team was able to come through and get everything set up for me. Everything works great and the reviews have been a big plus to my store. Giving a 4 star at the moment because I'm still exploring the app and finding out all it can do, but so far, it has been a good experience. Thanks Yotpo for a good app.

We are still trying the review platform but we can say Yotpo has an excellent Customer Service, thanks especially to Rhenant for the help :)
