Like many persons I had an issue with adding the review star and widget to my website. Don't worry it's not difficult to do.
With the help of Ruzsel J.N, I was able to knock them out in good time (adding the review stars to my product and collection pages as well as the review widgets). He was friendly, helpful and polite.
The app is user friendly with helpful articles that makes things better and the team is responsive and willing to help.

I would recommend that they create a way for us to send direct links where shoppers can submit their reviews, because I don't get to capture some emails at pop-up shops. Let me know if your thoughts.

I've recently installed this app, and had my existing reviews imported. Josephine and Danreb were really helpful and have stepped me through the process, and have done a lot of it for me, including installing the widgets etc. They've been happy to answer all my questions and have turned things around nice and quickly for me. The app do all that I need, especially for the google shopping stars integration. The advisor Warly S help me a lot to set up perfectly the app on my store.
