Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Nice app, easy to use and very powerful. Best of all, really handy customer support! We have encountered some problems with comments display, and the support has been patiently helping us throughout the process. We appreacite Nick's help in these days. And luckily everything worked out! And update today, we had wonderful support and help from Allen today, it has helped us much and he is so nice to chat with, always smile and kind, really appreciate, will come back more often! xD

First of all, Manny in support team is the best! Cant recommend more! I just got some technical questions as I saw the total rating of the shop in all the products on the collection page. I had followed the trouble shoot but still didn't find a solution. I thought it would take days for the support to assist but the support team is really a top rated team!! Manny in the support team has just helped me via live chat. I didn't even have to wait for someone to come back to me. The team is just there! Manny is very helpful and brilliant. My problem was sorted out remotely. Super happy customer!

I've been using this app for a few months. I mostly chose Yotpo because they were the cheapest option that is also verified by Google. I wish they offered the Google Seller Ratings & Google Shopping Ads in the Growth plan.

I use this app to gather and display immediate reviews from buyers of our Little Kicker Books on our web site, www.LittleKicker.com. I used support the other day for the first time, and the lady who helped me was outstanding. I needed to get the reviews to post on my landing page, not just on the individual books, and she saw what I needed and made it happen. Her support service was fantastic!
A couple of improvements for me would be to have the actual overall star rating show on my landing page. I would also like to be able to recontact customers and request their reviews again at a later time after they have had experience reading our Little Kicker story books to their children.

Paulo from Yotpo support was great. He made happen what I wanted to happen ad did it in a kind courteous fashion. He is another Yotpo asset.
One thing I learned through my contacts with Paulo is the my fifty free reviews are fifty reviews offered by Yotpo to my customers, and not necessarly fifty responses from my customers. I kept expecting to see fifty review a month on the free program, and Paulo explained to me that Yotpo sent out the fifty review offers but not every one of my customers actually submitted a review.

Yulia was very helpful in assisting me with our review and import problems we were having. Hope to grow our business to the top tier plan very soon. Yotpo is an awesome app. 5*

I love this app. It really showcases my product reviews so potential customers can see them easily. Yotpo's customer support is very responsive and knowledgable, especially James Edmar C. He quickly helped me troubleshoot issues I was having and saved me so much time! Thanks James! It would be amazing if Yotpo's R&D team was able to activate the reviews tab on mobile asap since the majority of my customers shop that way now. Then I'll leave a 6-star review ;) Thanks James & Yotpo!

The app does the work of collecting reviews. However, note the app stops collecting reviews when your shop sells over 50 products a month. I had installed this app in the middle of the month with over 10 orders processed in my store to start with, so it quickly reached the limit and now the app has stopped unless I upgrade my plan.
Our site sells over 50 products a month regardless of the help of this app, so it is difficult to understand why the plans are charged based on products sold. Only a third of our customers return with reviews so the plans should be charged based on the number of reviews collected.

Ronel was so helpful and quick with getting a reviews page up and running! Still new to Yopto, but absolutely loving the functionalities so far.
