Great tool - have just added to my site. Really easy to use. Simoun F was super helpful. Two of my reviews had misleading typos on it and Simoun helped me fix them. I've also asked for some help and team member called James is mega helpful! EDIT update: I did something wrong and it was displaying the wrong widget for one of my products (my fault). The team member Rhenant was fab and fixed it for me really quickly. Thanks!! I've contacted the help support a few times (because I'm not technical at all) and have found them all to be 5* and super helpful. Update:

They are fast and efficaces. You can trust them. application is so helpful and it helps costumers to give their comment easily

Man the customer service is fast. I had nick helping me in less than 3 minutes. then he was done with my request in less than 30. Wow Would recommend on customer service alone.
