Gimbert with Yotpo support helped me to import all of our Google reviews so that they display properly on our Shopify site. He was knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job in a timely matter. I'm extremely happy with the appearance of my website thanks to Gimbert at Yotpo.

I really appreciate the customer support. It helps a lot and reply you in time. The app is also very easy to handle. Highly recommend.

This is a very user friendly app...but still, I couldn't figure something out and I was able to message someone (Eduardo R) for help at 9pm on a Monday. He helped me right away, it took a few minutes and I was able to move on to the next item on my task list! Just had another great experience! Rilu Jane B helped me SO much! I feel like I owe her $1000 because her help was so valuable!

Amazing app and the best support i've had so far! I don't generally write reviews but ive recently migrated from squarespace to shopify and yotpo helped so much with setting up the reviews. I couldn't have done it without the support from Josephine, thank you! Had it active for 24hrs and ive already got amazing reviews coming in from customers, love this app.

Yhis app has all I need from what I see so far but the most important thing for me is always fast support, which they have, so that would be a 5 stars for me. I especially want to thank Ronell, Kenn & Sheen from the support team for going above and beyond to help
