A great way to automate review requests. The customer service agent, Doner, was also a great help when I needed assistance locating items and resolving an upload issue.

We had some technical issues when moving websites and needed to move our reviews from our old platform. The customer support team was super helpful.

Yotpo has some of the best customer service that we have ever experienced with an app. Manny,Mary Ann, and Sheen are amazing, they are fast, accurate, and very respectful. Highly recommend this app! They have helped out a lot on multiple occasions!

Yotpo is by far the best reviews platform we have tried on Shopify. Email after purchase is an absolute must-have and Yotpo does this really well. We haven't used other features as effectively but we like that they are constantly improving their offering. Their sales and support team is also a class act.

Really love Yotpo! I just had a quick question and used the online chat support option where I was able to chat with a customer service agent within seconds. Kenneth John M was the agent and was SO helpful, prompt and very good at explaining the issue (which was an issue on my end, not Yotpo)
