Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

What a surprise! I have a small store and use the free version. Downloaded on a Sunday and it was easy to install and setup. I contacted support for help importing the 6 reviews that I had collected using another app, and my reviews were imported quickly - thank you Mary Ann for the quick response and all your help! I'm looking forward to automatically collecting reviews for my products and especially being able to boost brand and increase traffic to my store. Edit to add: 1/26/21 I didn't see my review showing up as soon as I published it. Gimbert took care of it for me right away! Thank you for the quick response and the attentive support!

Mark was so helpful with the support chat box! He walked me through the process of fixing our upload issues and kept me up to date on the situation!

I've liked using Yotpo so far. I chose this app because it automatically sends review requests to customers and it's been pretty easy to integrate on my site. Joian was quick and efficient in helping me with my most recent question.

Little complicated but they have good support and will get the job done. A lot of integration with google and customer interaction that I wasn't expecting either.

The customer support here is top notch and they really take the time to make sure everything is running correctly. James installed several widgets and even helped me get some pages set up properly. I would definitely recommend this app because it's easy to use and the customer service is even better.

YOTPO Support is excellent. We had some implementation issues and their support team quickly responded, resolved our issues with speed, and we were back up and running in no time. The app is great and works exactly as expected - highly recommended.
