Great app, with great support ,Howell Keith R is a great help and stood with me until I got the work done.
This APP is basically HOSTAGE-WARE. They facilitate reviews and then do not allow even basic functionality to manage the reviews. The monthly fee for any functionality is almost more than the cost of the Shopify site... this is unreasonable.
DON'T get this software. It's all bait and switch and I would not trust any vendor that employed these types of tactics.

Yotpo is a very good app for collecting recviews, and we have had helpful supporty from Orly who got our dedicated reviews page up and running
The customer service is really efficient and the answer super fats. Every single of my questions has been answered in an accurate way and they provide a fast and right solution for it.
