Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I've signed up for the free Yotpo account.
I initially struggled with the app because I was trying to use one yotpo account (same email address) for two different shopify stores (a .ca & .com store), and you can't do that with yotpo - you can't use the same email for a yotpo account that sits on two different stores.

However, Yotpo subsequently installed the widgets on both sites for me, and improved the initial yotpo installation by changing where the reviews show for the product (on the collection page & on the product page). Pauline was great to work with, and made several great recommendations regarding how the reviews could be displayed. Thanks Pauline & team!

Great customer service. Great app! Need more of these apps that are backed by good backend service.

Love the app. Mary Ann helped me install the star rating widget on my website. She was amazing and extremely friendly. I'm currently on the free plan but I will definitely be upgrading to a paid plan very soon.

Yotpo is the best platform out there for reviews. Highly recommend. Customer service is excellent! Very quick to answer and assist.

Easy company to work with I was having trouble publishing my reviews to my page as I needed them to show and I was connected with Allen M who assisted right away! Thank you so much because I was struggling trying to figure it out took him all of 10 minutes to get everything done!

Great app, looks great on our site. My only suggestion would be to have the star rating visible from product selection landing pages.

I have talked with customer supoort through the chat feature many times now and tonight, was blown away by how the agent, Rhenant T, was able to fix my Shopify store's malfunctioning reviews carousel within my store.
