We have been using Yotpo for several years and I find the platform easy to use. The Customer support make themselves available 24/7 and are always helpful with our questions. We have worked with Warly on several occasions and he pays attention to the details. I hope they continue to staff their team with people like Warly.

Very happy with Yotpo - I had some minor issues when I updated my theme. I really like the chat help because things can be resolved in real time. I chatted with Doner P. who was extremely helpful and took care of things perfectly!

Of all the apps in the entire shopify app store, this is by far one of the best I've used. It serves it's purpose wonderfully and integrates very easily with your site.
