Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I have been using Yotpo for over a year on my Volusion shopping cart site. I was extremely please to see that they where also working with Shopify. Now that they are approved with Google to supply Star Ratings - I can not see how any site that is serious about their marketing and getting more orders would use anything but Yotpo. Their service is fantastic.

We have used Yotpo for many years, I recently noticed in google search console that some of our pages couldn't be indexed, due to a coding issue.
After a bit of investigation we figured out the code did come from a Yotpo widget. After reaching out to Yotpo, John.G confirmed this was the case, recommended we upgraded to a newer Yotpo widget which would remove this issue. He even did this on our behalf.

Turned it on and immediately got great response from our past customers, so the email interface must be just as simple to use as the back-end app. Unobtrusive, quick to load, can put it where you want it - no complaints here!

Really useful app and very user friendly. Needed a minor amendment with the set up for my site and found customer support to be responsive, professional and efficient..

The customer service is outstanding - I changed my theme, which dropped the app in the process, but Yotpo customer service offered to install it again for me. No hassle at all, and it was done within 24hrs. Very impressed, and would recommend to anyone.

Needed help with a setup on a custom theme. John was very helpful and nothing was ever too hard.

We've been using Yotpo for a bit, and really want to comment on the support. Most apps don't provide the level or speed of technical support that Yotpo does. John G. stepped in and made the edits to our site that we needed in under 10 minutes. This level of support is what keeps companies coming back to Yotpo.

Great interface with heaps of options! Looks slick on the site too...

This app is such a huge part of our growth and success. Plus, the customer service is amazing. Any time that we have needed help, they have quickly replied and also taken extra time to help with our needs.
