Have to say Yotpo is truly our best on site app.. I believe the customers like/read/trust the reviews. Their customer service is top notch, I actually just submitted a ticket on a minor issue, and Gary wrote me back on a Sunday morning, and is handling it now. The ease of customizing the after purchase emails is fantastic, any idiot can do it... i am proof. The free service is great i am sure, but the premium is so worth it. They really are fantastic.

The App does everything I need for my Onlineshop and even if I have special wishes concerning the functionality or the layout the Yotpo support, like Manny, is always there to help me in a quick and very friendly way.

The app works very well especially for someone like me who cant code. Their customer support is amazing. They provide instant solutions and are ready to help you through their simple chatbox. Noren today helped me place the rating carousal on my website which I was struggling to do on my own. She also created an extra tile so that I can easily adjust it on my own in the future.
