Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Yotpo is a great tool for product reviews. There's a lot of versatility and optionality offered. Their support team is very responsive and helpful, especially Ruzsel J. They help solve issues quickly and efficiently!

When we had an issue/request regarding the reviews on the website, Warren solved our problem within a few days. Very informative and responsive as well! Yotpo has one of the best support teams!

He was able to confirm with screen recordings how to properly test and confirm everything with our review requests were properly formatted. Ruzsel John Nabong was such a great help! I needed to add a reviews block to Klaviyo emails and was having a hard time adding my app key. He was able to get on a call right away to help guide me through it. I appreciated the personal interaction as it made the process more efficient than just messaging and allowed me to ask additional questions.

I was assisted by Ruzsel, and I really appreciate the support I received. I wanted to transfer reviews from our old account to a new one, and he patiently explained how remapping works.

He clarified that reviews are tied to product IDs, so if a review is linked to the wrong or old product ID, it won’t automatically show up in the new account. The solution was to remap or reimport the reviews to the correct product ID so that they display properly under the right products.

Ruzsel walked me through the process step by step and made sure I understood everything clearly. His explanation was very easy to follow, and he took the time to ensure there wouldn’t be any confusion moving forward.

He is truly one of a kind, and thanks to his guidance, I feel confident and happy using Yotpo. The support experience made a big difference, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

This app works great! But the best part about it is the support team! They are like having your own in-house tech resource - responsive within hours - sometimes they can resolve issues in chat in minutes. These days when everything seems to be either bot-automated or self-service, it's great to be able to get in touch with real people who care about their product and customers. I've installed and uninstalled alot of Shopify apps that just didn't work for us. But this one is a keeper!! I'd give you 6 stars if I could.

Fast response time, clear communication, solutions! The app itself functions great and we have had no complaints in regards to the actual features, but the support team is like the cherry on top!

I just dealt with John N Ruzsel regarding some reviews I lost when accidentally deleting a product. John went above and beyond to assist me and even did a facetime to walk me through the steps. I know Yotpo can some times be more costly than other review services, but this is the type of support that keeps us a loyal customer. Thank you John, you did a great job and you resolved my issue very quickly.

The support agents are amazing. It can be hard to get to them at times but when yotpo recognizes where/what you are trying to do they generally push you to an agent if the ai cannot solve it by itself. I do recommend this service due to quality of product but more important the service. Vien Saints E was the last agent I had and they were great but I have a few others that are awesome as well so I wish I could remember their names to give them credit.

Very user-friendly with lots of cool features to drive engagement, collect customer insights and increase conversions. Support is helpful and responsive - Ruszel J assisted me on chat and was able to figure out my issue and fix it immediately. Very pleased with his help! Thanks to everyone on the Yotpo team :)
