So I've had Yotpo for Over two years now. I've been using their SMSBump app for text and email marketing. I finally decided to add their customer reviews app. Their directions were so simplified that I was able to add a section and get things setup on my store within 5 minutes. I'm so grateful for this app. Thanks!

Joian Z helped me figure out how to collect reviews that were unable to send due to us having too many requests and not enough subscription LOL. Our business demand has grown and we needed to collect the reviews that were unsent. Joian really explained clearly so that a person not well versed in these types of apps could collect those missing reviews that are vital to our business.
