Used this app to build trust with reviews and had a few issues with unpublishing a few reviews and Ed helped me through every step efficiently, very impressed with the customer service and the app itself is a good tool.
Reviews work great, and customer service is always beyond helpful when I need anything fixed. I am new to website building and always get my questions answered promptly. Thank you!
It was a slow start but they have been great ever since. The Yotpo support and dev team especially have been brilliant, responding quickly and accurately to my requests. Great service and super app.
Great review app. It integrates well into our website design, too. I wish I can use more feature for free but I know it is too much to ask.
I like that the app offers in-email reviews, I've already seen more reviews come through vs. from our other review email-campaign from a different app. Daniel P was so patient helping me upgrade my widget, saving me lots of time.
Great customer service. The program is affordable and provides the value needed to reassure customers. I would like some better customization in the free option but it's free, so can't complain.
Nick was very helpful in answering some questions I had about using this service. It should be more obvious that certain features are not available to certain plans such as the [ESCALATE] email feature on review moderation screen.
I have been using Yotpo for a couple of months. The Yotpo support has always been amazing. Anytime there is an issue, I am able to get in touch with someone on direct chat and for the most part, all of my questions and issues have been handled quickly and well. My most recent interaction was with Howell Kieth, and the support I received was fantastic. Based on my experience with the customer support alone, I would give Yotpo 5 stars. I am giving 4 stars because the Yotpo platform is not fantastic - it is slow, buggy, and not easy to modify design and function without accessing higher tiered plans and manual CSV file editing. Additionally, some desirable features (such as integrations with Klaviyo and other apps) are only accessible on plan tiers that are far out of reach for the average small business. All in all, the customer support and documentation make up for the platform headaches, and I look forward to using Yotpo further.
There was a technical issue over the weekend but the team was really fast at getting back to me and turned the situation around. The service won me over, and I would continue using the app as we scale.
