Support when needed has been quick as well. No complaints, its a must have app for Shopify stores. the email feature that messages the customers to remind them to leave a review has been great too.

I’ve been using the review feature. It’s been helpful receiving feedback and I like that it shows it on the store. Online support has been stellar considering I’m still using the free version.

Allen M is a super star, after the confusion with Shopify market left I was forced to use sperate accounts and that meant seperate YotPo account, Allen M helped me find the solution and implement it, now fully up and running with YotPo and he even upgraded my site to the latest version.
