UPDATE:
Issues have been resolved and we're back on track. Yotpo stepped up to help out with all of our issues around social sharing. If we could change two things:
1. Don't auto opt-in new partner sites into Optimal Smart Share. If you do, don't hide it behind the Campaign setup so that new users are immediately clear on what functionality has been turned on.
2. Better differentiate Customize from Campaign. Overlapping functions like Testimonials and Mail seem to us like they should be combined. Design opportunity for sure.
Ronel provided excellent service and did everything possible to work through my challenges. The free plan offers minimal options for customisation, and some things are rather annoying such as a tiny logo in emails and typos in the templates which can't get changed.
Liked the app. Customer support is out of standard. Design was sleek. Just was too expensive compared to others.

We are using this app to send out review emails, and Howell was very helpful answering some questions. Good service!
Mostly Pros!
- Fairly seamless and very quick integration: the ability to back log orders and request reviews was great to have content for launching the product (i recommend collecting reviews for at least 1 month before you implement the customer facing side on your website)
- Ability to have one dashboard with multiple stores
- Management and customer experience of the review process including customization of review emails, managing and monitoring negative reviews is excellent
- Great and easy way to add social content into your website
Few Cons!
- Media monitoring tool has had some issues since facebook made some huge changes and not full transparency from Yotpo on these updates
- No great way to include UGC as alternative product images
On some points it may be a bit more customer friendly but the after sales service is very responsive and helpful.
Nice app and certainly gets the customer to leave reviews. Has a whole lot of extra options if you pay. May sign up later to test other features, q&a with customers and social sharing of reviews seems a good idea. Nice enough app for free but has a huge amount of extras once you sign up for premium. What you do get for nothing is an app that really works and delivers results before you know it.
After a slight delay and some miscommunications with some issues first setting up, the customer service contact became top notch and fixed all my issues quite quickly.
I am using this ap for a while now, since 2 months also swell, and the support I really like very helpfully, really recommended!! Jaypee, Bernard and Eddie are mi favourites everything is by mail that is good, but it would be nice also having a call centre like shopify

The app itself is great, however I did not realise I had to install a widget for the reviews to be visible on my website. When I contacted the support team, I had a quick and efficient response and they sorted this out for me. Fast and great service! Thank you
