I have been using Yotpo for my website reviews for a few years now and have been really happy with it. I just reached out to customer service for the first time for help with product images and it's 11:30 pm where I am and I was impressed when someone was available to chat with me at this time. Reymon responded quickly and was able to help me with my issue within a few minutes! very happy with the customer service and that it was available even late at night which is often when I have time to work on stuff like this.

I am very satisfied with the customer service. I needed to import reviews from another platform to my website, and Sheila R. assisted me throughout the process, answering all my questions and helping me complete the review import as well as installing the missing widget. This app is the best. We have used it previously on our old site and you can bet we ported it over to our new site.
Vincent is my go to when I needed help with remapping the reviews and when I was having trouble importing a couple of widgets. He had us up in no time. Even with all of the questions I was asking him during the process.

I am still new to Yopto and, so far I am glad I made the right choice. Easy to install and set up. I had a small issue with my onsite widget displaying multiple times after each edit. I reached out to Yopto support and Arven from Yopto helped me to resolve the issue with little input from my end. Thank you Arven.
