Makes it so easy to collect reviews! Whenever I need help I am able to connect with an agent very quickly. James helped me recently so I could manually request reviews on a specific product I am trying to grow.

What an incredible service. I couldn't get my star ratings to appear so i asked on live chat. The responses were so fast I thought it was a bot! Rovi C helped me. I simply ticked an approve notification on my Shopify website which gave him access to my site and in 5 minutes he got the stars working and even adjusted them when I cheekily asked. I'm delighted. Highly recommended. Thank you guys.

Update 16/05/2023 - SO QUICK TO RESPOND!!! I love these guys!!! Assistance was requested with updating the widget in a new theme and they had it done in no time.

Update 23/04/2021 - The team is very quick to help and they go out of their way to note how else they can assist. Highly recommend this app. Great app, works well with their Loyalty and Rewards app. We had a couple of issues setting it up, but the team was very quick to respond and resolve the issues. I love that there's an option to use it for free on a small scale and only pay as orders grow.
