Just got the app and has been great! Needed help adding star rating and thanks to Doner P. we got it up in running! Customer service has been great so far!
update: we had to update our theme to the latest version so we had to re-add the star ratings. Ruzsel J was super helpful and fixed the problem

Great app, but the service is amazing. I'm on the free plan and I deal with a human (not bot) and they always fix it promptly! Last time "Ruzsel J" helped me.
