Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Warly S is always helpful when I have a question about my Yotpo integrations! We've been using Yotpo for years now and we love the app for getting product reviews onto our website!

This yotpo review does more than displaying feedbacks. It allows communication with my customers and there are clever ways to tap on the social media platform such as Facebook. Such constant communication is a wonderful tool to make the most out of your store. 5 Stars!

I have not used the app for long enough however this review is for the impressive customer support I received while installing the app. How helpful a company is AFTER installing their app really matters - Thank you for such an amazing experience so far.

Good app! Makes it easy for customers to leave reviews, and it has great built-in functionality to prompt customers to leave feedback. Kind of difficult to install (depending on how your store and products are set up) but Ronel on the support team had my back! Thanks for the great support.

I had some administrative difficulties and Warly S made sure that I get sorted out quick and fast. Appreciate the efficient service. Keep up the good work.

The only suggestion i would have is the admin section speed could be improved.

I use this app to collect my reviews. When I ran into a problem with my reviews appearing on my website after installing a new theme customer service was amazing. They had me up and running again in amazing turnaround time.
