SCAMMERS! this app will leave unwanted codes and java scripts on your page causing conflict in product pages, checkout, raising INP levels, they have no form of contact no support email, Horrible app stay away!

I've installed and uninstalled probably 5 different Reviews apps in the past year because they either didn't give me enough - or gave too much. I was looking for a user friendly, easy to navigate app that was a good fit for my store. Not one to EVER give up or settle, I found Yotpo, read the reviews, and upon the recommendation of so many users, I installed it. Of course this is 2020 and nothing has been easy so when I ran into a very small issue, i reached out to their support. Within MINUTES, Mary Ann got back to me and resolved the small situation I had. Very impressive and quite affirming that i made the right choice. I've got the unpaid plan for now, but as my sales grow, I will upgrade for some additional features (although the unpaid features are really good!). Thank you, Mary Ann, for ending this crazy year on a high note for me

You know how greatefull it can be when you have a very responsive and fast customer support. I needed to make a few changes on our shopify store on a Sunday to show the yotpo reveiws on the collection page and product page under the price tag. And it has been done by the yotpo team very fast.

Every support person told different story, only the main goal is change the plan to premium for pay more, I just change loox to yotpo, for import reviews yotpo support team asking proof for reviews is this joke?

Walmart syndication is inactive suddenly now i have to paid $1000 for active the small feature. Is this joke?

Yotpo is a great app! It is easy to use and works great with our website. And the customer service is amazing, when I had troubles getting the star badge on my website I reached out and a lovely person from customer service went through the effort to put the code in our website for us and was a massive help. Highly recommend getting this app as not only will you have a great tool for your business but an amazing team behind it who are there when you need them.
