So far this app is working great.... I look forward to when I have enough sales to upgrade and get their widgets. I contacted support twice and both times everything was very speedy. Second contact my service agent Noren, was particularly excellent.
The app has a lot of features & customization and offers great customer support!
Note: Most features are accessible only through the paid plan.
For example, the default mail after purchase (MAP) setting for customers who buy more than one item sends up to three consecutive emails until the customer leaves a review. We found that frequency to be too high with the rest of our emailing strategy and there was no way to decrease the frequency on the free plan.
After discussing with their customer support, we were able to sort this issue out and find an agreement where my customers would receive a reasonable amount of emails without having to subscribe to unlock only one feature.
Great app, but would recommend looking at it once you reach at least 100 orders per month.
Really great app! I love how easy it is to setup and yet there are tons of options and customization available for the advanced user.
I installed the app about a month ago. I needed help with a couple things so I contacted Yotpo support and not only did they immediately respond with great detail on how to help me but they also followed up with me making sure what I needed was satisfactory. Not only is the app free but the support is amazing!
edit: the actual app is great it works with no issues, it's very sleek and it's free, can't really go wrong with it but there are a few things to be careful about:
works well, but it does put the customer's name in the review and people are complaining about that... don't think there is a fix. that aside, the free version is great BUT you can't search your reviews without premium
this means if customers are leaving fake 5 star reviews taking jabs at your store, you may not see them if you get a lot of reviews, it's probably worth subscribing to if you have tons of reviews,
some customers do not seem to want to email support with their frustrations if they can sneak in a 5 star unhappy review so be careful and keep an eye on all your reviews

So far so good, install was easy, customer service was great (Thanks Michelle B!!!) and I was able to import all of my existing reviews, setup email blast and put on our site without much issue.
These guys are amazing. I was looking to hire someone to help with implementation but the guy in the chatbox is ready to roll and help get everything set up. If you don't have YOTPO installed on your shopify store you are missing out.
The customer support team at YOTPO is amazing!!! As is the app. Thank you Radly E and Daniel P for helping me fix the issue so quickly :) Highly recommend Yotpo!
