Installation was a breeze with fantastic support, Leizel Ann D. assisted us and was very helpful with our many questions and request to get Yotpo working perfectly for our business. Already we're seeing great results by having this app integrated to our Shopify, highly recommend Yotpo.

I found (after a lot of research in review/loyalty/sms combo) that going for YOTPO´s next best plan packs a lot of punch for the price compared to other premium alternatives if looked at as a whole. I do not, however like the yearly premium plan pricing option, hence 1 star removed. Yotpo also really shines with having integrations to almost anything . Which often becomes a bottle neck with other good alternatives. Last - the customer service team is unmatched. 24/7 support by really competent staff.

I reached out to migrate existing review from old website platform, to the new website. Sheen on the support team was easy to work with, very competent and very fast to complete. I highly recommend.

Love the app - does so much and so easy to use. Plus, customer support is fast, friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend this to all.

Good review software. Could use some bug fixes on the backend but works well.

Really good review system, a bit limited on the free version that small businesses use... but of course they want you to buy the full version! Sadly the full version is massively expensive and would put most business owners (like myself) off the product when there are free versions that are better and easier to use.

That said, it does work and it looks great on your site.

We installed this app after being disappointed with many other applications in Shopify. We are very satisfied with Yotpo applications and its features. The customer service is available 24/7 with knowledge representative. The last time we had an issue Ronel R from customer support helped us in less than 5 minutes. Ronel was very fast and efficient in isolating the problem and solving it. We would 100% recommend this app to everyone for its great customer support.
