OMG I was lucky enough to be helped by Edourado when reaching out for a Yotpo assistance. He went above and beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations. Creative, experienced, competent and solution driven person and patient on top. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience and I dont say this lightly.

I wish there was more customization ability for some things (like coupons) but when the app is working, is works great. Customer service is really good as well. I had a problem with coupons and incentive emails and the customer service rep helped me solve it relatively quickly.

Joian was a great help with helping me export my reviews. Although I am leaving Yotpo because it isn't as effective as other apps, the customer service is wonderful. Thanks Joian Z

Delete other apps before using it, because some of them may block Yotpo. and Orly the customer service was very kind and fun, he/she helped me out solving the problem..

The really friendly and patient team, Even Tho I'm still on the free plan, he has put all his effort to help me out on my new theme. I definitely recommend this app for store owners.

App is great but what's even better is the support. I popped on live chat today to ask some help and Manny turned out to be my superhero. Awesome assistance in a friendly way without making me feel like i was a technophobe when I wasn't sure what he meant. Thank you SO MUCH
