Love the app and the support is superb. I am not tech savvy but it was still very user friendly and what I didn’t understand was handled quickly and efficiently by Yotpo.

This is a great app, but terrible customer service. I have contacted the support team and received no help. This is such a shame, considering all the reviews I have read rave about the excellent customer services and subsequently, this was one of the main reasons I had chosen to go with Yotpo.
When reading Yotpo's tutorials they stated that when customers leave a negative review it is because they are disappointed and their expectations were not fulfilled. This is sadly the case. Once again, I would like to reiterate that the review system is still good.
Very easy to use and Kenneth John M was very helpful in installing the java and troubleshooting during the upload process. Great customer service and excited to have it on our site.
I worked with a chat advisor Manny who was super helpful and helped me fix the star ratings and other issues. The app itself is fine, but i think can be improved upon. But thanks Manny, he was able to fix all my issues! The reason I'm giving it 4/5 is because the app itself can be improved upon, but the service is 5/5.
Good tool, the support team response fast and porblem solved immediately. Recommend! Go have a try my friend.
Ridiculously overpriced. $400 / month just to be able to integrate with google shopping (regardless of how many orders). I wish i had known this before getting set up with free version. Don't mind paying but the cost is way too much compared to good alternatives. Now need to switch. Wish i had read the reviews prior.
