Very helpful customer support. I didn't like the way that the widget displayed on my website and they took over and made it look great. Nothing better than great customer service. Without their support, I would have moved on to a different option. I really like how seamless this app is. Very easy to use and manage.

Okay, I'm not going to lie... when I first installed this app months ago I never saw what all the hub-bub was about. After taking a second look at what this app had to offer just a few days ago, I was blown away and a little embarrassed by how useful this app is to my store! Within a few hours of setting up my preferences I was already receiving reviews from customers and fans. Definitely recommend this app to all Shopify users. Looks great on desktop and mobile sites, too!

This App is amazing. Within two weeks I've already received over 30 customer reviews and have captured several hundreds of dollars in repeat, incentivized business. You are a fool as a business owner to NOT use Yotpo. (check out my site to see how it works)

Within two days of installing this application, we received 17 reviews, all 100% positive which saved us a lot of administration creating something in Survey Monkey, with the added bonus that the reviews publish on our website, people can see they are genuine (verified) people and this is helping us grow sales!

Yotpo has been a great service to my store. Reviews are "verified" by the app for only REAL customers, so no spamming can be allowed. Their set up for the notification that goes out to customers is fantastic. You can customize the whole letter/email from what to say, to how many days after purchase the notification will go out (and YotPo sends it out for you, no charge!)

Best Free App for online merchants on Shopify.
