Nice app and certainly gets the customer to leave reviews. Has a whole lot of extra options if you pay. May sign up later to test other features, q&a with customers and social sharing of reviews seems a good idea. Nice enough app for free but has a huge amount of extras once you sign up for premium. What you do get for nothing is an app that really works and delivers results before you know it.
After a slight delay and some miscommunications with some issues first setting up, the customer service contact became top notch and fixed all my issues quite quickly.
Several times I was unable to give a blood donation due to my iron level being a little too low.I took Blood Builder for a couple of weeks before giving blood and it put my iron level up to where it needed to be.
Junalou helped me with an issue I had regarding the placement of the review and answered all my other questions along the way. Very professional, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend.
This app is very buggy. It does the job, but not without a good deal of pain. Recently published reviews don't appear readily on the carousel. There's very little customization for what you pay for.

this app is very helpful thou i wish they would automatically add everytime to a new theme , but their service is great
Works fine out of the box if you don't want to make changes. However, customizations are very limited. Maybe it's just the theme we use, but I've experienced a lot of issues with alignment and display on our collection pages and product pages.
Be warned: there is no way out of the box to resize anything. I updated to their "3.0 widgets" and the UI is definitely a downgrade. As someone with little coding experience, it's frustrating that I can't make that many changes without contacting support. Reviews are supposed to be a trust signal to customers, yet there are layout and spacing inconsistencies right out of the box. How come I can't resize the stars or text to match the style of the rest of my site?
If your collection pages have 2 product columns, the review stars will probably cause alignment issues. Again, I'd expect there to be some customizations that let me align and resize UI elements. This is not the case and will require coding experience.
Their support is friendly enough. Any problems usually get fixed, but not without a lot of back and forth. With there being so many review app options out there, Yotpo just takes more effort than it's worth to make it work right.
It helps a lot, and has a quick customer reply. I encountered a probelm when installing widget, the online customer service (Rhenant) help me fixed the problem.
We like Yotpo, but the best of the best is its customer service. We were stuck with an issue about our products and Mary Ann at Yotpo really helped us. She worked for two days until our problem was solved. We don't give them 10 stars on the review just because it is not available. We are just very happy with this service! Thanks Mary Ann!!
Midday live chat waiting a little bit, but when I had an agent (John B.), he was very helpful with providing me information. He also offered to email me some articles about setting up the app on our store.
