Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Our customers had amazing things to say about Turtlebacks, but we had no way of capturing and displaying their feedback. We were simply waiting until someone provided unsolicited feedback and manually putting it online. Unfortunately, people rarely provide unsolicited feedback. And manually adding feedback online is cumbersome and inefficient. Then I found Yotpo. I am not a developer so it was a pleasant surprise when I was able to quickly and easily set up the app. But that surprise pales in comparison to my experience with their customer service. Dov and the Yotpo team have been there for us every step of the way. Great apps are scarce and good customer service is rare. Imagine finding both in one place! Since installing Yotpo, we seen an increase an increase in sales because we’ve been able to stay connected with existing customers and provide trusted testimonials to prospective buyers. Within one week of using Yotpo, we had 6 reviews and I don't think anything is worth more value than reviews unless they are negative in which this isn't going to help you. If you have a great product and your customers are happy, Yotpo makes it easy for everyone else to know. LOVE IT!

Incredible add-on to any product site! The real smart thing is to embed the review form in the email, so your customers can post their review without leaving their email! As a result I have a lot of reviews for my site from happy customers, that I absolutely would not have received had I not been using Yotpo. Great work guys!

This application is Amazing. We were working with SuperReviews and had 12 reviews that came through the software. We installed Yotpo because we were looking for a way to integrate our review system with our social media campaigns. 2 days after we installed the application we had over 40 additional reviews based on their Mail-After purchase process. In fact, we were so shocked by the speed of this process that we actually went back and manually checked to be sure they weren't making up these reviews :-). Sure enough, all of the reviewers represented our customers and corresponded to the items listed in the order and since we had personally spoken with a lot of the wedding purchasers the stories lined up as well. With such great results we quickly upgraded our account to Premium Support. Obviously we highly recommend Yotpo Reviews - I just hope you aren't one of our competitors :p

Best review app hands down for Shopify!

Great app, i was searching for something like this only. I am more than happy with it. It really helps in giving confidence for potential customers to read reviews about our past orders. Highly recommended !

We're using it to enable customers to rate their cool t shirts and funny t shirts after purchase. So far so good.

Amazing! This app does what it says it is going to do, easy installation, completely automated...Love it! And even better that it's free! Would love some more customization options.
