The best I've experienced from a Shopify app vendor. Great support and features! Very pleased!! :) I worked with Elven and Noren,we wanted to make sure our settings were correct and get a better review display.
Excellent customer service! Arven helped me get the Reviews integrated into my website and answered all my questions.

Several times I was unable to give a blood donation due to my iron level being a little too low.I took Blood Builder for a couple of weeks before giving blood and it put my iron level up to where it needed to be.
Junalou helped me with an issue I had regarding the placement of the review and answered all my other questions along the way. Very professional, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend.
It helps a lot, and has a quick customer reply. I encountered a probelm when installing widget, the online customer service (Rhenant) help me fixed the problem.
Easy to use but its not cheap if you have 500 orders in a month the price is 199 dollars/ month. If you have more than 500 orders in a month you have to talk the sales team... wonder what that price tag will be??

For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose a package ranging from $19 to $249 a month. We like Yotpo, but the best of the best is its customer service. We were stuck with an issue about our products and Mary Ann at Yotpo really helped us. She worked for two days until our problem was solved. We don't give them 10 stars on the review just because it is not available. We are just very happy with this service! Thanks Mary Ann!!
Midday live chat waiting a little bit, but when I had an agent (John B.), he was very helpful with providing me information. He also offered to email me some articles about setting up the app on our store.
I had opened 2 accounts on a review app. The guy in customer service was very nice good with communication. He helped me resolve the issue. Thank you!!!
#UPDATE 10.05.2021 - I had another issue and the Yotpo-Team is just amazing! Especially Don who helped me with an irregular request. He did his best and I'm waiting for the results now.
