The support agent of YOTPO is perfect they are helping you with everything you need that's so helpful. Thank you, Bernard. I highly recommend that app because it's clean and pro.
I used this app on a previous ecommerce platform and Mark, my Growth Support Hero, helped me remap my old reviews to the new platform and website. He was really helpful and made sure everything looked 10/10 in the end. Really happy to have this app as a part of my website and the support team that is behind it!
Great customization abilities with collecting and displaying reviews. However, it seems archaic to me that you have to manually re-install whenever you update your theme (which is often from a good theme provider). Customer service is really slow (3 days to get my reviews back on the site) and it never seems to install properly. Many other apps have an automated prompt that brings the app to the updated theme AND prompts a CS person to check that it's working well. Pretty big oversight IMO.
So simple to integrate and the customisation allows for you to theme everything to match your site. The amount of reviews I'm getting has increased massively. Can't recommend it enough!

There are some problems with the settings. The live agent took care of it right away and was easy to talk to.

We are just now using the app, but the customer support has been amazing as we are launching. Robertini was so quick to respond and addressed every issue I had.
I signed up for the Growth Plan as we are a Small Business and it's been amazing so far. The Customer Service is amazing! Diane helped me solve all my concerns and they were a lot haha. She was extremely nice and helpful. Worth every penny!
