So far using this app (the free plan) it is quite simple and user friendly. Quite a few customizations even on the free plan, too. Had some help from 2 supports Arven and Doner and they were great helps. Definitely recommend!

Yotpo is easy to work with and I've been able to customize my Review widgets to an extent that I wasn't able to with our previous service. The customer service is also amazing. I spoke with Rhenant, and was helped within 5 minutes. So happy we switched over to Yotpo!

Gabriel S. was such a great help and made setting up the review widget and star rating widget easy. He did all the work and was even able to move things to different parts of the page and helped with sizing and styling.
