I had a struggle at first getting it where I wanted it on the website. But Josephine E helped me get it all straightened out. She was SO HELPFUL and patient and walked me through everything. I wish more companies had customer service as good as this. The app LOOKS GREAT on our website!

Found the free app good but a little too basic for what we wanted so we moved to the paid trial pretty quickly and boy was it worth it! It makes our site look more interactive and customer orientated and the back-end is easy to use. Bein able to customise means the customer experience is better. Guy from the support team was absolutely brilliant, we had some issues with getting set up because of some conflicts with our theme. He was incredibly helpful, went far beyond our expectation for customer support, and ensured everything worked perfectly. Thank you Yotpo! :)

We've had Yotpo for less than a week, and we've already had more reviews come in than we averaged per month with our old app. The sales rep James was very helpful during the signup process and getting us to the right people for the plan we needed. Rickson and Hermes in support were able to quickly import all of our old reviews, and help us get the widgets installed the way we wanted them in a timely fashion. All in all so far our experience has been great.

I would definitely recommend using Yotpo to effortlessly grow your e-comm business. It makes a huge difference to our sales when reviews are posted on our social platforms. Another plus is the great support we get when we ask a question or need any info or advice.

Just upgraded to the growth package. While I couldn't install the review carousel from the UI, Paulo in support was incredibly helpful and had it up and running in a couple minutes. Would recommend for anyone looking to install a review widget!
