YOTPO is a fantastic APP, It allows you to create great Customer retention even after the sale with automated Review requests that can include a discount as an incentive for the customer. It's seamless and easy to use with from what we can see great results. Customer Service from them is also On Point and Ed + Manny are both a great help. I can strongly recommend YOTPO

Ruzsel J in support was outstanding. I wanted to upgrade my YOTPO widgets from V2.0 to V 3.0. I explained all my issues and current state of play. My new theme update caused a conflict with some of the YOTPO code, which meant that the YOTPO review badge and product images within the carousel did not display correctly. I lodged a support ticket and Nicole was super helpful and was able to identify the issue swiftly, providing a great explanation as to the root cause and updating my code with some script to fix the issue. Another 5 Stars for great support!

Really easy to install and set-up so far. I have the star rating icon showing on my cart prompt, set-up an SEO page and automatic review collections enabled within 2 hours. I had one small query, so I emailed support. I was amazed at how quickly my question was answered. Diane provided excellent customer service. Look forward to collecting many more reviews.

Highly recommend! I love the new, minimalist and fresh UI of the 3.0 widgets. Has really elevated the look and feel of my reviews onsite without having to custom-code them. This app is incredible! It was very easy to install and has integrated well with our site's design. As soon as it sent out emails for our previous orders, we immediately started receiving raving reviews, and more importantly reminded some dissatisfied customers to contact us. This allowed us to woo them with our wonderful customer service! Overall, great app, especially for it being free!

Great review app. The interface is quite nice as you can customize everything you need to from the dashboard alone. Support was fast and quick and the integration with the Shopify platform is a lot cleaner than some of the other apps I've used.

Bottom line, its the best review app on Shopify at the moment by far.
