Exellent customer support ! It's the third time that I need support and was great all times !

As we're just starting out it's crucial to have reviews sorted out for the store..

Yonathan was super helpful as we had a few issues with emails being sent out at the beginning, but it all worked out well and he was super fast and reliable with supporting us.

We're currently using the free plan which works out well for now but will probably go to a paid plan later!

It's a totally awesome app! We have been using Yotpo for a few years now and even moved our reviews from one platform to another. With Yotpo's support and configuration on the review from the different platforms we were able to get our old reviews on the new platform. We have the reviews setup to post to our Facebook page and the integration with Shopify is smooth. It integrates with the search engine to show your reviews also. We were able to created a coupon through Yotpo that encourages customers to write a review. You can change the days you want the request sent which helps due to some extended amount of time for some custom products. The support team is the best. They are there for your success and go over and above what most customer service support teams do. There are a lot of functions we have not used yet but I highly recommend Yotpo.

I love this app! I love it so much because, first of all it work. Intergations are easy and the number one reason...customer support! Thank you everyone for your help today importing files.

This app has been great for including social proof in our product pages and on our home page. I'd love to see more functionality for the price, but I understand they've got to make their money too. When I've needed help, the team has been great, most recently Nick S who made a transition so seamless, I didn't even need to do anything.

This is a great App to install in your Shopify shop. I use it for the star rating and the review widgets and I'm quite happy with it. The support team is helpful and fast dealing with any issues. Thank you Ronel for the wonderful support!
