Love how fast and quick the support team is at Yotpo! Very helpful! Nick and Allent helped me so much with importing our reviews. Very thankful! Djan from customer service has also been super helpful looking into our reviews backend and answering any questions I have! Joian Z has been so great as well!

I was so relieved that the review issue I was having on my site since I changed the theme was easily fixed by James! He was super helpful and took care of my issue in minutes which I thought would take a lot more time.

I was a little slow to create an acct with yotpo but I felt why not. the minute I created my account someone was there to greet me and offer assistance. I later ran into some complications with integrating my site and MaryAnn jumped right on it. It was quick and painless, she simply offered to take care of it for me which made a BIG difference for me since I'm not too tech-savvy and don't understand all the coding stuff. She was polite, friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you Yotpo, I'm having positive vibes about Yotpo now!!

Incredible add-on to any product site! The real smart thing is to embed the review form in the email, so your customers can post their review without leaving their email! As a result I have a lot of reviews for my site from happy customers, that I absolutely would not have received had I not been using Yotpo. Great work guys!

Customer support is great! Their chat feature is very helpful and has quick response. Ruzsel J helped us with some coding to display our review badge for our website, and we appreciated his quick work to help us.

Yotpo customer service is GREAT. A major reason I switched over to Yotpo was the responsiveness from customer service. I had an issue and it was resolved in matter of hours!

This application is Amazing. We were working with SuperReviews and had 12 reviews that came through the software. We installed Yotpo because we were looking for a way to integrate our review system with our social media campaigns. 2 days after we installed the application we had over 40 additional reviews based on their Mail-After purchase process. In fact, we were so shocked by the speed of this process that we actually went back and manually checked to be sure they weren't making up these reviews :-). Sure enough, all of the reviewers represented our customers and corresponded to the items listed in the order and since we had personally spoken with a lot of the wedding purchasers the stories lined up as well. With such great results we quickly upgraded our account to Premium Support. Obviously we highly recommend Yotpo Reviews - I just hope you aren't one of our competitors :p
