Well functioning app. Customer service goes above and beyond what I could have asked for. Issues were delt with right away and they even helped me fine tune the theme so that the widget was easier to see.
Best review app hands down for Shopify!
Eduardo was extremely helpful in adding Yotpo to our current theme. He did so without affecting the live site and gave me helpful instructions on who to talk to next.
Absolutely love this app, has some issues with getting it installed onto a new theme and the wonderful team helped me in a very timely manner - highly recommend this awesome app.
Excellent customer support! We had a small issue connecting reviews with some of our product bundles, but Allen helped us find a quick, effective solution. Love this service!

A couple of quirky things were happening as a result of a new template we installed, but Doner was incredibly helpful; he dug deep to find the issues, got them fixed, and helped me understand the issue. Overall functionality is great and the service is top-notch!

Had some trouble getting the app integrated, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They took over the whole process and came back with a finished process. Awesome customer service.

Great App. Had a few issues with Setup (mainly thing I didn't understand!), but Doner from support was super helpful and got it fixed for me.
Great app, i was searching for something like this only. I am more than happy with it. It really helps in giving confidence for potential customers to read reviews about our past orders. Highly recommended !
Amazing app. Have had it for a while and has always done the job. Just upgraded to the next plan up to take advantage of some great features and Caroline from customer support was awesome. I'm not the most tech savvy person and she got the features added to our website without us having to do anything. Highly recommend this app!
