Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

I've used this app for about 1 year now and I love it! Customer service is excellent and very responsive. Don was very helpful in helping me install the reviews widget when I switched to a new site template. I really appreciate the customer service of this company!

This is a really cool app and I am so techno-challenged, but it walked me through it step by step.

So far so good. Went with the premium right out of the gate as a new store. We felt that social proof would be huge in helping us expand the word of mouth message. Thanks YotPo!

Listen!!! I came from another platform and for some reason my reviews did not transfer over properly...My agent helped me get all of it sorted out. It took several hours, however I did not feel rushed at all, the agent was very helpful and patient. I recommend them to anyone based on service, patience and results!!

I downloaded this app because its the best rated on the market and it didnt disappoint. I initially input the code myself but my theme had dramas and i contacted customer service where I was met by Diane. she copied my theme input the new code to ensure reviews were on product and collection pages and lastly just got me to publish. The customer service was quick effective and top notch. Thanks once again Diane

Their tech support is really efficient. We just started using Yotpo, and at first, the written reviews were not appearing on our website (only the star ratings did). We reported it, and the issue was resolved right away! They also explained how they fixed it - so I also learned more about how to navigate their app. They also noticed other issues in our code, which they fixed as well. Very good service.
