Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Rhenant is fantastic. I was very frustrated trying to add the carousel to my website and through chat Rhenant did it in a matter of seconds. I added him as a collaborator and once he was on my website he changed my widgets to a beautiful blue and added the carousel. Such a great service. Everything I asked him to do was done in no time. It is very comforting to know that if i need help again and I sure I will when I upgrade my plan that someone like Rhenant (a real person is there to help me). 2021 update: Still with yotpo I most say there app and customer service is top snotch, I definitely would not be shopping around for any other review apps, yotpo has all you need. Customer support is super calm and patient. Thank you guys again! 2019: So I changed theme and it came with a review of it's own. However didnt like it as it doesn't provide the services Yotpo does. I contacted Yotpo and they went ahead and had the codes for me, it was stress free as usually some companies I've dealt with send an article how to add the code. Anyways I'm very happy with this app and now my review stars are exactly where they are suppose to be!

I really love the control I get over messaging and branding with Yotpo. And their customer service is the best. Always prompt and helpful...and easy to reach (which is very unusual these days!).

Rhenant was great a super fast with helping me! I used this app for reviews from my customers and I love it! The customer service is super friendly and the quickly help with any install issues!

Simoun was really helpful and helped me resolve the issue with the reviews. App is also easy to use when importing reviews, the downside is that sometimes the reviews take too long to go live and need to contact support to make it go live.
